Your profile

What is your profile? As a coach or counselor, you are the first point of contact for clients. You have inspiring conversations and, if necessary, arrange referrals to colleagues, monitor the progress of the cases and ensure that each client receives the support they deserve. Who are we looking for? Do you have the talent to coach and counsel? We are looking for someone who: • Solution-oriented and practical - you know how to tackle problems immediately. • Able to work independently, but also team-oriented - you are good at working alone, but you visit your colleagues when necessary. • Flexible and versatile — you can easily adapt to different situations and target groups. • Of course, a good sense of humor is always a bonus!

Our core business is an Employee Assistance and Workforce Mental Health program. The services include coaching, counselling, therapy and also first-line advice services (including legal and financial advice) for employees, management, staff and independent entrepreneurs and their resident family members.

Activities

What are you going to do?

● Having intake interviews with clients

● Make phone, online, and face to face coaching sessions

● Run telephone services with colleagues (9-17)

● Maintain the chat box

● Arrange links to the network

● Case management

● Processing incoming queries on the platform

● Ad hoc projects

Requirements

What do we need from you?

● An HBO/WO bachelor and/or master's degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or similar. This is a requirement!

● At least 1-3 years of work experience.

● A little stubborn, positive, practical, result-oriented and to the point.

● Good command of the Dutch and English languages.

● You live in the province of Utrecht.
