Lyra Health is looking for a precise and organized Business Operations Coordinator for the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial, administrative, and operational tasks. You will support daily business operations, ensure financial processes are executed accurately and on time, and collaborate with various international teams within Lyra Health. You are someone who maintains a clear overview, handles confidential financial information with care, and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You communicate easily in both Dutch and English and feel at home in an international work environment where collaboration with teams across different countries and time zones is essential.

Lyra Health provides global mental health solutions, supporting organizations with effective care models and proven results. For the Netherlands and Belgium, they are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to play a central role in financial administration, local operational support, and compliance.

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing financial mailboxes, handling financial inquiries, supporting invoicing processes, and ensuring that vendors and affiliates are paid on time. Additionally, you will assist with documentation, local reporting, financial process compliance, and daily office administration in the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • Activities

    Manage shared financial mailboxes for the Netherlands and Belgium and follow up on financial inquiries from within the organization.

  • Process and verify invoices from affiliates, contractors, and vendors, including managing approval workflows and ensuring timely payments.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and the international Finance team to ensure client invoicing is handled quickly, accurately, and in accordance with client requirements.
  • Ensure that necessary documentation is correctly recorded and available for financial processes and reporting.
  • Support the transition from a local accounting package to NetSuite.
  • Assist with credit control, accounts receivable management, and identifying discrepancies or potential cost savings.
  • Collaborate with external parties and the Finance team regarding local statutory reporting and routine inquiries.
  • Help ensure that financial transactions, administration, and operational procedures comply with local legislation, EU directives, and global finance policies.
  • Support insurance and compliance processes in collaboration with Legal, Payroll, and HR.
  • Coordinate daily office administration for the Dutch office and the Belgian virtual office environment.
  • Manage local vendor relationships, facilities, office supplies, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support health & safety administration and ensure local obligations are met.
  • Coordinate with international teams such as Legal, HR, Finance, and Payroll on local business operations issues.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial and administrative support to other European entities as needed.
  • Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a role with clear administrative and financial responsibilities, preferably within an international organization.
  • Experience with project coordination and establishing or improving processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different levels, cultures, and time zones.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial information with care.
  • Ability to switch effectively between multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems.
