Your profile

We are looking for an energetic and inquisitive junior sales and account manager who is a crucial plays a role in the growth of our organization. You help bring new customers on board and ensure that existing customers feel seen and supported.

Who are we?

Lyra Nederland specializes in Employee Assistance and Workforce Mental Health programs.

We support employees, management, staff members and independent entrepreneurs — and their

family members — with a wide range of services, from coaching and counselling to therapy and

first-line legal and financial advice.

Our programs contribute to the mental well-being of employees and are a valuable

secondary employment conditions for employers.

You will join a close-knit team of nine colleagues who work together, have fun and grow

combines. We offer a warm, open work environment where your initiative is appreciated

and where there is plenty of room for personal and professional development. In addition, you are in a

virtual international team of sales colleagues.

Werkzaamheden

What are you going to do?

• Actively generate leads and new business opportunities

• Conversations with HR, management and other decision makers

• Presenting our services and preparing offers

• Independent negotiation and conclusion of contracts

• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships

• Advising on optimal use of the EAP

• Identifying additional needs and opportunities

• Monitoring customer satisfaction and supervising contract extensions

• Registering customer information and sales activities in the CRM system

• Reporting to local and international management

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

Must-haves:

• HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in a commercial or business direction.

• 1-3 years of work experience in sales, account management or customer-oriented positions.

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English• Proactive, eager to learn and result-oriented.

Nice to have:

• Affinity with mental health and coaching

• Experience with consultative selling

• International orientation or experience with international customers

coaching, counseling and first-line advice services (including legal and financial advice) for
employees, management, staff and independent entrepreneurs and their resident family members.
